How to disable website caching in the browser?

There is a problem, some sites on Wordpress (located on the same VPS, but the problem is not with all sites) are wildly cached by chrome (ctrl + f5 helps), there are no cache plugins, and there is a problem in the admin panel (caching plugins usually do not cache the admin panel) ). Sometimes you open some admin page to correct 1-2 parameters or a couple of letters in an article, but in the end everything goes to hell, since the edits do not take place in the current version, but in the downloaded from the cache, which could be out of date.
When working in incognito mode, the problem was not noticed. I don't use other browsers.
Where to dig?

To begin with, show the headers sent by the server on the main and in the admin panel. Perhaps nginx sends Cache-control max
