Revising files from ccd directory?
The essence of the problem: When the openvpn server is running, when changing the address of some client in ccd and its subsequent reconnection, the address is assigned to the old one. Example:
I started the server and assigned the client address 10.8.0.53 gateway 10.8.0.54 in ccd.
I went to the server and changed the client's address to 10.8.0.33, the gateway to 10.8.0.34. client is reconnected and assigned 10.8.0.53 10.8.0.54. Reconnected several times - useless. Only restarting the openvpn server helps.
Question:
How to make the server look for updates in ccd? (I said crookedly, I know)
PS I'm new to UNIX system administration.

The situation is completely normal. To reread the config, the service must be given the following command. In your case, it rereads at startup. If a restart is not desirable, but it is necessary to re-read the config, use the reload:/etc/init.d/openvpn reload
