Who came across citilink.ru, what can you say about it? Quality of goods, service? What did you do in the event of a warranty failure? Maybe other shops.
The bottom line is that in a non-regional city (Taganrog) it is very problematic to buy the necessary components for a PC, Citylink caught my eye, they have a pick-up point in my city - the prices are adequate.

I bought a pair of a video card and a tablet from them - everything is ok :) The issuance center has a high level of automation.
The website and product prices may be good, but Citylink's customer service is just disgusting . It's so disgusting that I've never seen it anywhere else.
I took a monitor from them (it was in the fall of 2011). It turned out to be with a defective pixel and kotsing on the left side (for joy, when I purchased it, I didn’t test it with them and didn’t examine it in detail). They said on the phone that they would be happy to replace it, and when they brought it (about fifty kilometers from my suburb to the store in Samara), they already said that, they say, no, we won’t change anything for you, and you caused all the defects yourself.
Regarding the defective pixel, they offered to give it to a special office (service center, SC), with which they have an agreement. I left the monitor to them, they said it would be ready for sure in 5-6 days. It's been 2 weeks and no call from them. I called their warranty department. They say - we don’t know anything, you transmitted for the SC, so call them. I called SC. There, of course, they said that - you gave the monitor to the store, so ask them.
As a result, the citylinkers turned to their lawyers, who dashed off a cart in which they officially refused to change anything (later, during a personal visit, their head of the sales department, together with the director of the office, almost laughing in their face, also repeated the refusal to replace).
In the spring of 2012, a vertical non-vanishing purple stripe 1 pixel wide appeared on the matrix. The matrix was replaced, but it also initially had one dead pixel. They refused to do anything further (“we didn’t change it, but the SC, what is the demand from us?”).
On this, my relationship with the citylink ended forever, and now I prefer to take devices in the DNS, in which everything is very good with the quality of the goods and the quality of service.
I've been with this store for 3 years now. I learned about it when I worked in a computer repair company (then this company cooperated with them as a legal entity and often had to pick up orders there). I don’t know what they write there, but in the year that I worked there, I never had to experience “red tape” when ordering. True, the boss, I remember, said they had one incident - they bought an expensive mouse and did not check for the presence of this mouse in the box, as a result, it was not there (but I don’t know what to think here).
Himself, as a physical face, I also bought a lot of things from them. Over the years, a discount has come up (through me and my friends they bought equipment and components there). I can't say anything negative from personal experience.
By warranty exchange. I bought a top-end video card, artifacts appeared under heavy loads. I called the store, explained the situation, drove up, exchanged (they didn’t even check if there were artifacts, they just apologized). As a result, it turned out that the entire batch of video cards had such problems.
About delivery to citilink mini. There was also such an experience. Everything is standard. Order number + money and the goods are yours.
If you decide to take it in the store, I can place an order through myself. There will be a small discount.
Used to be a good store. I frequently shop at this store. 170,000 in 4 years.
And now I wanted to return the TV 4 days after the purchase. Just wanted more. Dude in the service department for about 10 minutes looked only at the remote control. I immediately understood that he was looking for something to complain about. Then he said that there are scratches. I asked him to show. He could not. Then he said that I tore off the film. I convinced him that I had the right to return without film and without packaging. Then he said that there were fingerprints on the lacquer and when they removed them, the presentation would be lost. To this I recommended him to go to work in the prosecutor's office. In short, he wrote about scratches in response to my claim. And you don't need to prove anything to him, as he said so be it.
After 12 days, they sent the answer "We will not accept" by the RUSSIAN MAIL.
I don't go there anymore and don't recommend it to anyone. Apparently the days of successful Citilink are over. Now they are ready to disgrace themselves, just to refuse a refund.

One of the smarts turned out to be defective, they calmly returned the money.
I bought a similar one from them and it works great.
So I can say that I did not observe any serious problems with this store.

Once there was a problem with the router - he died during experiments with him. Arrived at the store, sat in line for 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes, the router was changed to the same new one.
Still somehow there was a problem with some trifle (I don’t even remember what), they returned the money without any problems, and I bought an analogue there.
Citylink in Nizhny Novgorod. About a dozen orders - all the way, I'm satisfied with the quality. I have not had to apply for a warranty, but as far as I know there are no problems with this.
I met them last week (Moscow). I took an MFP and a camera. The MFP turned out to be with an official guarantee, the fotik - with an international one and a guarantee of their service.
Overall happy with the price and service. The only thing is that they don’t call after the order (they think it’s superfluous - everything works like a clock. Ordered - picked up. But the absence of a call is unusual).

A friend bought a netbook there, used it for 10 months, then wifi died. Sent it in for repair. After 40 days , they called themselves , they said: "Sorry, we did not have time to fix it within the time frame established by law, so come, we will return the money to you."
