Is it possible to make online purchases in the USA using a Payoneer card, what are the tariffs there? Unfortunately, the stores I need do not accept Russian cards (VISA) and PayPal (with a Russian billing address). Are there any other ways to make online payments in US stores (where a US billing address is needed).
