how to transfer the buyer to the page for paying for an order with a card after checking for availability?
if the client pays without checking, there is a possibility that the goods may not be available and the delivery of a new batch of goods will be in a month or even in half a year

We implement it this way:
1. Create a separate order status "Ready for payment".
2. When an order changes to this status, Bitrix automatically sends a letter to the client with a link to the payment system (or to the form for payment through the bank). The letter is generated completely automatically, you just need to transfer the order to the desired status.
3. Additionally, the link "Pay for the order" becomes available in the personal account.
