(reverted decision) How to install Snap and its subsequent packages in Devuan OS?

How to install Snap and later, say, Telegram?

The standard command for Debian sudo apt install snapd does not help, it gives:

spoiler

I search on the Internet, I even mention Devuan, it does not help, it still offers a solution for Debian in the issue.

How to be here? Maybe add a repository?

No way.
The package is banned by the distribution developers - https://pkgmaster.devuan.org/bannedpackages.txt
and since it has dependencies on systemd - Debian packages will not work out of the box.
Yes, and options for a crutch installation for production - from the evil one.
Need snapd - move to Debian.
If you want perversions - take a package from Debian, install it with dependency violation, write\find a startup script for sysvinit and go. Perhaps this will work.
