REST API how to get all comments on a post knowing its POST_ID?

How to get all comments to a record in a live feed using rest api in bitrix24 knowing its POST_ID?

There is a log.blogpost.get call in the documentation, but it only returns the post itself in the feed, not the comments on it.

Unfortunately, if something is not in the rest API documentation, then these methods do not exist.
If in the box you can always get into the kernel source code and find the necessary methods, in the cloud it remains to be content with only those Rest API methods that are currently available
