There is a need to download video from the site, but the problem is that I can’t find the location of the file (link in the code) and, accordingly, download the video itself. video must be downloaded from here ==>> (anapa-news.com/TV.php) Please tell me how can this be done?

Firebag->Network.
After clicking on play, the download URL of the video will appear.

There are several options to pick console logs, use an add-on or a separate program.
1) To view the logs, run the console Ctrl + Shift + J:
FF(Logging)
Chome (Network)
2) For FF, there is a convenient addon called flasgot.
