Bitrix has many training courses, you should start with them, get a developer certificate.

Be sure to take the content manager course, all administrative courses and, of course, the developer course. The rest are to taste.

Documentation and practice are an excellent symbiosis. The Bitrix documentation is normal, and small and medium-sized sites can be assembled without any problems, probably on any CMS.
