We change the quantity in warehouses either manually or through 1C, but the available quantity does not change.
I set the quantity of goods in the warehouse, for example, manually 50. And the available quantity remains exactly 0.
The trade directory settings are as follows:

I ran into a similar problem, only the source was different, previously the information block with goods was a "trade catalog" and product offers were a "trade catalog" (due to a crooked exchange with 1C), after a normal exchange was made, the checkbox was removed from the goods "Is a trade catalog" so that availability is normally considered based on the available product offers, but despite the availability of the TP, the product had the status "Unavailable", because the Accessibility system property was set to No.
They didn’t find the reason (it’s not a rewarding job to look for the reasons for Bitrix jambs), but they found a solution, stupid, but it works, you need to re-save product offers and then availability will be recalculated. To do this, you can mass deactivate products,
