Why is there no access to the infoblock picture?

Infoblocks behave strangely.
The variable $item['PRODUCT_PREVIEW'] contains a value and it can be seen through print_r.

When I access $item['PRODUCT_PREVIEW']['SRC'] it displays an empty value.
Previously, everything worked properly, I didn’t change anything in the settings, I just made up. Access to the variable that contains the picture was closed, I also tried it through the infoblock property, the situation is similar there.
