Hello! I forgot my account password in windows 7, is there a way to unlock it somehow without losing data???
I only have 1 user!

Kon-boot, spiral version 2.5, anything newer doesn't make sense or isn't spiral. You make a bootable flash drive and boot through it, you can enter anything at the password request (or just press Enter).
