Laptop won't boot after hibernation?

Good afternoon. Notebook Lenovo G580.Win 10. Ssd plextor 240.
Yesterday, on the button, as usual, sent the laptop into hibernation mode.
Today I turn on the eternal loading of the circle. The laptop does not turn on, Windows does not load. The forced shutdown and pulling out the battery does not help.
There is a suspicion that yesterday I watched the iptv cache remained, and there are many browser tabs and there is simply not enough space for it to load.
I pulled out the disk and put it on another laptop with Windows and both USB and inside .. It appears, but does not enter the disk, but freezes .. And if it boots from the beginning, it freezes.
After booting up on this other laptop in Linux mint, they show drives in my computer but when I try to open it, it says

The NTFS partition is in an unsafe state. Please resume and shutdown
Windows fully (no hibernation or fast restarting), or mount the volume
read-only with the 'ro' mount option

1) how to restore Windows without data loss? I suppose through the live cd of Windows. and which live cd? And what is there to choose?
2) if it is not possible to restore Windu, how to copy the necessary data? Will it open on live cd?
3) can all the same drive kranty? How to check it for errors?
4) what is my mistake, during hibernation it is desirable to close everything, if there is a lot of things?
