Windows 10 won't start, can't see BSOD?

Good afternoon.
I can't turn on my home computer. Gives BSOD. But I can't read it - white dots and lines on a blue screen.
Although I can go into recovery mode. There are no restore points. I don't want to reinstall.

You need to run System Restore. Only you will need a carrier with Win 10. Attention! Not a reinstall, but a restore from an image.
