Reset traffic once a month on the Mikrotik interface?

Hello everyone, guys, tell me how to make it so that on a certain day of the month the traffic is dropped to mikrotik by a usb modem specifically plugged into it?
I understand you need a script? Do not tell me which one?

In system => scheduler, you need to add a script that once a day (!) will do the following:
1. check that today is the first number
2. if the 1st condition is true, then do this:
just substitute the interface of your lte device
If 1- Since the number is not important, but it is enough to do it once every 30 days, then the first item is not needed - just increase the task interval in the scheduler to 30 days.

The right question is half the answer.
What does "drop traffic" mean?

The usb modem interface does not have a reset-counters function, unfortunately. ethernet only
