How to split 2 channels on Mikrotik?

The situation is as follows:
2 providers are connected to Mikrotik, one via pptp the second via pppoe. Now the traffic goes through pptp
(pppoe as a backup channel, its speed is higher, but for some reason when uploading the 1c database to the site, a break occurs)

Use a static route.

Why not use labeling? Much clearer and less for any movements with routes.
You can catch 1C server traffic and release it through the desired interface. And register the routes in the table <marking name> only for this case.

If you constantly need access to only one server through one provider, make a static route to it.
Replace 88.88.88.88 with the IP address of your server.
Next, for a PPPoE connection, make the default route distance, for example, 1, and for PPTP - 2 (for failover). Don't forget to masquerade both tunnels.
In this problem, marking is shooting sparrows from a cannon. PBR is relevant when, in addition to (or instead of) dst-address, you need to catch traffic under some other conditions.
