A 4G modem cannot have Ethernet ports, because if it had them, it would be a router :) "If my grandmother had x .. - she would be a grandfather" :)

Is something not working for you, or do you want step-by-step instructions from and to?
We connect as a client to an access point, make a nat rule in iptables for this wi-fi interface. Essentially everything...

How to make a Wi-Fi client on Mikrotik?
Open winbox or webmuzzle.
In the upper left corner we see a button Quick set, click it and the quick settings window opens.
In the quick settings window that opens, in its uppermost left corner we see a field with an arrow - select it there CPE. This actually turns on the client mode.
After that, we find the desired network in the list, drive in all the appearances and passwords for connecting to the network, do not touch what is not clear, connect and enjoy life.
This method is not the only one - but the fastest and easiest. For beginners and non-experts. Designed for the level - "housewife"
If the level is higher, you can safely climb into the Wireless tab, add interfaces there, put them in the bridge, poke into a lot of tabs and buttons with all sorts of scary words, and do other indecent things.
