Reserving an Internet channel for a site with a static IP

Habr, good afternoon!

Now I looked at IPv4 Route Propagation for my ISP's AS and saw that this AS is connected to only one AS, which is AS 31133 (Megaphone's AS).

This information prompted me to think about the need to have another communication channel. You never know what Megaphone will learn.

But just simply connecting a channel from another provider will not work, since there is a site on the network that has a static IP.

Unfortunately, I have not yet had the experience of configuring anything more complicated than RIPv2, so a few assumptions and questions arose.

I found information on the forums that such duplication is possible only when buying your own AS and announcing it through two providers.
But there are at least two problems with this:
1) AS is allocated only on condition that the /24 block is acquired (here I can be very wrong). And we need a maximum of /29
2) It is necessary to agree on the announcement of AS with the provider. And the current provider most likely will not agree to our current contract.
3) Some other problems that I don't know about.

Question:
How can we make channel reservations in this situation?

PS Transferring the site to hosting is not possible due to the position of the management on this issue.

We made it simple.
Two channels reach the server itself (two IP addresses). We rented a simple virtual machine in the data center (in our opinion, we chose the most reliable data center, I will not advertise). The DNS of the site points to the virtual machine. In a virtual machine, nginx balances between two (and now three) channels.
Yes, a virtual machine is a point of failure. But there is an SLA with a virtual machine hoster. And the probability of failure in this virtual machine is an order of magnitude less than the probability of a fall in one of the channels. And the data center already has incoming and outgoing channels reserved “in an adult way” :)
The solution is not ideal, but very cheap and significantly increases the reliability of our infrastructure (it has saved more than once).

How can we make channel reservations in this situation?

For example, take the second address from the second provider and balance using DNS. Amazon for example.

I recommend www.cloudflare.com/plans If one address/channel fails, everything is transferred to another instantly.

Your provider may have one uplink (MegaFon) but at the same time several logical and physical links to it for redundancy (several points of failure). This can be clarified with the provider, and if not, then offer to connect a second uplink (this is in the interests of the provider).
On the forums, you were correctly told about buying your own speakers, but as far as I know, neither the / 24 network, nor any other network can be obtained now. IPv4 is over.

About uplinks:
I just analyzed the information obtained by viewing the graphs of connections between ASs. Most likely they have several physical uplinks on the AS megaphone.
This does not make it any easier, because the megaphone has the ability to modify my traffic.
Yes, I also googled on the topic of free PI AS - they ended.
