Reservation of the channel through 2 gateways in one subnet?

There are two gateways on the same subnet. The gateways are geographically separated quite far, so sometimes it happens that you need to switch between them if one fails. One cable comes from that subnet to the small office. How can I set up switching between gateways so that the office always stays online? By means of Mikrotik it is certainly possible, where to dig? And by means of simple house Zyxel'ey?

I have a tplink 480, it can do up to 4 external Internets, it can do automatic Internet diagnostics for each (and not just the on/off line) and balance the channel, switching from non-working to working lines.
