Required PostgreSQL settings after fresh install?

Hello, friends!
Tell me, please, what are the required settings after a new installation of PostgreSQL on a typical GDS: Debian 8 64 - nginx + php-fpm, 1 percent, 1 gig of memory, 20 gigs of HDD?
MustHave in terms of security and optimization.

everything is already set up for you by default so that it works fine on most average tasks.
