Request a username/password from the Guest if he does not have enough rights to access the shared folder?

Good afternoon!
There was a following problem.
On a computer running Windows 7, there are two shared folders: public and private. The user must log on to the computer without entering a password (i.e. under Guest) and have access only to the public folder. If he tries to access the private folder, then a dialog should appear asking you to enter a username / password.
When I access the private folder, it says that there is no access.

You can work with a network resource only on behalf of one user at a time.
It is necessary to break existing connections under the guest and connect under the required user, for example, like this:
net use \\server\public /delete
net use \\server\private /user:admin password
Or run a program that will work with the resource on behalf of another user Windows.
If this option does not work for you, you need to look towards the settings of local (or group) policies.
