Replacing a memory card in an Android phone

The question is tormenting. There is a phone with a memory card. A lot of software is installed on the memory card. And here we want to put another memory card, larger. What to do with data transfer and how not to disrupt the work of installed applications?

Copy, only with something tricky (and not the default windows explorer). There are files whose names start with a dot. I copied through rsync -avP, everything works fine.
# Nautilus can also fail.

Just copy all the contents of the old map, including hidden files. Everything works great.
