Repeat while holding Ideavim keys in pyCharm?

When holding the h, j, k or l keys, the cursor moves only 1 character, but I would like it to move until I release the key.
I installed the ideavim plugin and after installation automatically canceled the pop-up window in which there was a question about repeating actions while holding down a key. Who knows how to fix?
defaults write com.jetbrains.PyCharm ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false didn't help

turns out defaults write com.jetbrains.PyCharm ApplePressAndHoldEnabled -bool false
helped. I had to restart my computer...
