Tens of gigabytes is nonsense.
The cheapest place is if you take a dedicated server from OHV or Hetzner. There, hundreds of gigabytes can be placed cheaply, if not SSD, but HDD.
On the other hand, a dedicated server with a large disk has min. the cost is a lot, even when you don't need a lot of disk space, you still have to pay. Changing one server to another is not so easy - the installation board gets in the way. It is profitable to rent a dedicated server for a long time.
As an option - a specialized file storage. Payment will be for real storage and real traffic.
