Remove hard drive from tray?

I assembled a computer on the asrock b450 pro4 mother and connected the hard drive to sata 3. Constantly writes "Remove hard drive" in the tray. I thought about removing the hot plug, but it is not displayed in the BIOS, and on other media it is already disabled. What do you suggest?
