Remove duplicate transactions in Jira?

Friends, tell me how to delete the "Close" conditional transaction when the task is already in the "Closed" status.
Previously, the JIRA Suite Utilities plugin was used for these purposes, now it is paid... I
temporarily reused the To Close... transaction, but perhaps there is a simpler solution.

Remove the All->CLOSED transition (checkmark in the status settings)
and make transitions from the desired statuses to CLOSED (make one transition, and copy the rest from it if they are no different)
