Remoteapp spontaneous switching between sessions?

Greetings colleagues and inhabitants of this resource.
The essence of the problem: there is a client PC on Win7, there are 2 terminal servers on which remoteapp is configured with the launch of 1s.
The user connects to both of them at once and works in 1s
. The problem is that when working in 1s on one server, the user can spontaneously transfer to another open session at any time (as if he pressed alt + tab). The same situation occurred on the previous user's PC, now there is a new one and the problem repeats.
Maybe someone faced similar?

So maybe the problem is on the server?
Or in network settings..
