I want to teach raspberry to turn on the server.
With the inclusion itself, everything is clear, a relay connected in parallel with the power button. Whether it is not clear how to define the server is included. The question is,
how to track the presence of, for example, 5v on the hard drive power connector using GPIO?
How to convert 5v to 3.3v and limit current to GPIO safe value?

If the electronics are completely zero, then why be so smart and screw the power button, any server supports WOL, just teach the raspberry to send a magic packet. You can check that the server is configured correctly and the technology is working, even from a website, for example www.wakeonlan.ru
