Remote server to run video games?

Good day.
I want to rent a server where I can run 1, preferably 4 or more MMORPG clients.
Purpose: I want to make an event for the players. In view of the fact that the actions of newly created characters on running clients will be automated (which is prohibited in many games), I will not voice the name of the game.
As I understand it, I need a server with video support, or with a video card. In this I see the difficulty in the selection / selection / search for a server.
Or the difficulty lies deeper, in the fact that I do not understand something.
Please tell me if it is possible to rent a server for my needs. If so, please tell me where and how.
I would also be grateful if you write down all the controversial points.
Those requirements to run one client:
Operating system: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10.
Processor: Intel® Pentium® 4 at 1GHz, (Mid to High Range Dual-Core 2.5GHz CPU or better).
Memory: 1GB of RAM (2GB or more for XP, 3GB or more for Windows Vista and Windows 7).
Hard Disk: 8GB free hard disk space.
Video Card: GeForce 4 Ti4200 64MB or ATI Radeon 8500 64MB or higher for Windows XP. For Windows Vista and 7 - GeForce FX 5200 128MB or ATI Radeon 9500 128MB or higher.
Sound Drivers: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card or integrated sound card with latest audio driver.
Network: Broadband Internet connection.
PS I do not plan to mine bitcoins. This can be identified by the load on the video adapter. I plan to use it for the purposes that I described.

In my memory, the guys collected sandboxes for grinding at home. These are:
1) Cheaper
2) When you stop playing or move on, the sandbox remains and there is no money just thrown away.
3) It turns out cheaper than renting (Although with the new prices for iron it is already debatable)
The principle is simple
Buy a static IP and a second channel from the provider, Install a normal computer with AMD at least FX6300 and 16 or more GB of RAM. Next, a virtual machine farm is made with physical resource allocation, and a system and a client are installed on each.
In terms of costs only for the farm, it will take you about 50k one-time and more up to 700 rubles per month for a channel with statics.
If you rent: on average, for this you need a server from 5k-6k per month.
So the payback period is 1 year.
