Remote Desktop Gateway Manager Error! How to fix?

When I try to configure the RDP gateway, I get an error
Failed to set transport parameters! I have installed IIS with Web and FTP site! The data we are trying to install is the https port - 4430! What to do in this case! How to fix the error?! Looking forward to your detailed answer, thanks in advance!
