RDP via OpenVPN mikrotik not connecting?

there is a local network for 5 machines through an ASUS router that goes to the Internet, to which mikrotik is connected, acting as an openvpn client.
Asus has a route to 10.2.0.0 via Mikrotik. From the local network, access to 10.2.0.0 worked with one main problem: whoever is connected via wifi in the local network cannot connect via RDP to servers on the 10.2.0.0 network, while all servers are pinged. Those who are connected by wire do not have such a problem.

@ZombieHamster

Show how the route on Asus is specifically prescribed.

1. Check the addresses and routes of wireless and wired users.
2. Check the response routes for users on the RDP server.
3. If everything is ok according to the previous points, try to install ethereal on the rdp server and watch how the icmp, rdp packets go.
Good luck.

It seems that it is worth starting to dig from the side of servers to which there is no access.
If they are running Windows then look at Network Level Authentication. It will not help - check the rules of the firewall and / or antiviruses (they try to connect with the protection turned off).
