at work, the accountant worked with 1c through remote desktop access on another device on the same network. It was necessary to reset all the settings of this network on the modem, and it so happened that they did not think about this remote access. And now it gives only an error that access is impossible (I did not think that this was all connected). Do not tell me what may need to be registered in the modem (router) settings. Or maybe the problem is elsewhere? Maybe you need to do port forwarding?

if you don't know how to set up RDP, google it. there are enough guides on it. and from scratch set up a connection to the desired computer
