Remote control of Android TVs. What program can do it?

There are 4 Android TVs. They are used as advertising panels (we advertise our own products inside our own stores). While we start everything from flash drives using the remote control.
The task is to manage them over the local network. Video launch, photo, etc.
What software to use? Few things found good. Something like RAdmina would ....

Raspberry Pi + 3 Android TV
wakeonlan
kody + dlnap.py
