Remote control of a computer without occupying the monitor?

Hello. The thing is -
you need to organize full access (remote) to the PC (on windows), but so that my actions - working with files, launching the console are invisible to the owner. I'm going to use his computer as a server (with the consent of the owner), but I don't want to occupy the desktop and take control. He uses the PC as a DVD, but I want to put his resources in a more productive direction.

You need to set up a terminal server. For client operating systems, there are patched libraries that allow multiple logins.

If console and "no-desktop" file manipulation is enough, then Radmin, psexec or telnet
