How to fix no-network no network connection Windows 7?

There is a domain network at work, I'm trying to raise the winrm service for remote control via powershell. I raised it on almost all machines except one. When I try to execute Enable-PSRemoting on it, then powershell swears that the network is public, but you need either private or domain. And here is just the problem on this computer, the network icon in the tray is crossed out and the inscription is no network, there is no network connection. At the same time, he has a network connection, everything is pinged, network resources are available, and so on. I reset all the settings, displayed and entered into the domain and reinstalled the drivers, and set the network detection service to a delayed start, and rearranged the computers in the switch and changed the cable for everyone, everything is fine except for this one machine. And on this machine, the gateway was reset in the network settings, and then the network fell off, but after resetting all network settings, the gateway's dump was corrected. But the problem of the fact that the network is not determined has remained

Regarding changing the type of network - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SXMlYXOikcI does not suit you? And yet, I would advise you to deal with the applied domain policies through GPResult, as an option, check the network after leaving the domain, see how the problem computer works in principle, for example, behind a router, where it is not a domain member, but a regular computer with a registered gateway.
