Remote access to a smartphone with a broken screen?

Hello,
there is a Galaxy s4 with a completely inoperative screen. I would like to use it for offline video surveillance in a garage. Is there any way to access it through something like Parsec or Remote Desktop?

The software itself, for example, can be installed remotely through the web version of the Play Store, but there may already be problems with the launch and settings.

In general, maybe someone knows the application or another way - I will be grateful for advice on where to dig. Well, or not to dig, if this is not possible, but then change the display (but it’s not so interesting).

Was also doing something similar. I took a screenshot of the screen, watched it on mtp, clicked approximately in the desired area, again the screen and so on in a circle. The goal was to enable adb. Already through adb, you can get a screenshot with one button, and then install the vnc server and configure it.

When it was necessary to do something on a non-working sensor, I used an OTG adapter and a regular mouse. Here the situation is more complicated, but you can also try to work blindly. For a couple of years I went with the player (iRiver U10) without a screen at all - before that I remembered the entire menu "by touch".
You think right - install the program through Google Play from your computer, it will be installed and the shortcut will be on the right (or bottom) of the menu. Look for it there. And then you can run in parallel on the emulator (select your model on the emulator) and a real device, and do the actions synchronously

At a minimum, developer mode must be enabled. The circle is closed.
I had a similar task, but I just had a stupid sensor and I was able to turn on the developer mode.
