Remember the Linux networking task list site?

A few years ago I came across a site (it seems to be personal on some kind of blogoplatform). There was a post - a huge set of tasks on network administration (maybe and not only).
Tasks started from the simplest - to raise two virtual machines and ping each other to complex ones (set up a network of several virtual machines and different services). There were like 50 such tasks, maybe even 100.
Has anyone seen something like this?
