Reinstalling windows 8.1 on a Toshiba encore 2WT8B32CN tablet?

Tablet Toshiba encore 2WT8B32CN. It was Windows 8.1 with BING. I was able to get the key and bios - Product Key Information

OEM Edition : Win 8.1 RTM CoreConnected OEM:DM
Windows from the Microsoft site does not fit either the one with 1 language or the usual 8.1. There is no recovery disk, it stopped loading. After a week of torment, I was able to install Windows 8.1, but it is not activated, my keys do not fit. Where can I get a Win 8.1 RTM CoreConnected OEM:DM or RECOVERY drive from this tablet? I read a bunch of articles, nothing helped.
