Reinstalled windows itself, without my knowledge, what should I do?

Good afternoon, in short, yesterday I turned off the laptop at about one in the morning (I looked that it turned off and closed the lid), at night it was buzzing something, I thought, well, with whom it doesn’t happen, it was too lazy to get up, or maybe the refrigerator is buzzing. In the morning I turn it on, I see that the picture of the slave has changed. of the table and the design style, well, okay, I think something has been updated. I open the total commander and there it is:

What an unknown crap, I woke up at 10-11 in the morning ... The laptop was turned off (Look at the time the folders were created).
Has anyone had this? How to recover?

Congratulations, you upgraded the OS to Windows 10.
To do this, it was enough to agree with the installation, this can also be done by accident.
All work is going on in the background, so your laptop has been honestly updating the system all night.
In order to roll back, you need to do the following - "Start" - "Settings" - "Recovery"
where you select "Return to Windows **

Has anyone had this?

Well, as far as I remember, when upgrading to 10, you need to say in the tray they say come on.
