Windows auto lock if user is not in front of camera?

Good afternoon,
there is such a task: to constantly monitor the user's presence in front of the laptop's camera, while the user is in the lens, everything is ok. As soon as the user left the lens, after 5-10 seconds. Windows automatically locks the session. (or if another invalid user appears in front of the camera). I know about Windows Hello technology, but I need to constantly monitor that a given user is in front of the camera. If not, automatic blocking of the session. Where to dig, tell me.
Thank you.

No matter how trite it may sound - why do you need it? What goal do you want to achieve?
What you want to eat in varying degrees in the solution from AMD - AMD Face login (face-out feature).
Windows out of the box offers the option of pairing a PC and a mobile device, when the user leaves the PC with the device, it is automatically blocked.
