The question is as follows:

I recently received a remote job offer. Since this is my first experience, I don’t really understand the nuances of registration and payroll. The company is Russian, but registered in Cyprus. In the interview, they mentioned that the work would be under a contract with a European legal entity. person (registration through "self-employment"). I am a citizen of the Russian Federation and have been living for permanent residence in the Republic of Armenia for more than 14 years, I have a resident card. In Russia it is not registered and did not work. As far as I know, there is no self-employment in Armenia and such proposals are made through individual entrepreneurs.

Question: what should I do in this situation? Who needs to pay income tax (Russia or Armenia) and how?
