Registrar + DNS hoster + Site hoster - how to marry them all?

Registered a domain. In the settings, I registered NS records for meil.ru. I confirmed the domain on biz.mail.ru, the DNS records were copied from the site's hosting DNS. Site lay down. And the record from the IP hoster was copied correctly. What else needs to be done?

I figured it out ... mail ru copied the entry @ A Ip and www cname Domen, I deleted it and made a second entry www A IP of the hoster and it all worked.
