There was a need to register a company on Google Play to sell applications. How to deal with a Russian company is now more or less clear, everything is transparent. But what about offshore? The company is registered in the Seychelles with a bank account in Switzerland. Seychelles is not in the list of supported merchant countries: support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/an...
But at the bottom it says "if your country is not listed AND you do not have the bank account required to receive ... then you in flight ”
But there is a bank account, and it is in Switzerland. The question is, if Google restricts companies by country precisely because of the impossibility of making payments to such companies, will it be possible to register a company in our case, when there will be no problems with payments, since Switzerland is on the list?

If the country is not on the list, then no way. The only option is to register a company in the right country and work according to the rules.
