Registered a domain on Springhost. What's next?

Hello! This is my first time using hosting. I registered a domain on Springhost, but I don’t understand what to do so that my site can be found by a link in a search engine. I added all the site files to the file manager (at my domain > public_html).
Do I need to sign up for SpringBox as well?

Your site will appear on the link in the search engine when the search engine indexes it. Up to this point - only at the address.

Are you sure you checked the box to register this domain when adding it to Sprinthost UA? It's just that if the checkbox is not checked, then you can at least write vk.com there and it won't matter, in fact it will) This is done in order to then redirect a domain bought for example on Reg.ru to the hosting
