I have a network for 15 users, 4 of them use the Internet with average activity. Internet adsl synchronous 2/2 mb/sec. Priority for wired users.
The task is to distribute wifi without a password to everyone. There are up to 5 people who wish at rush hour, but even one puts anything on the download, absolutely everyone else cannot use the Internet, everything wildly slows down. It is necessary to configure the speed limit for wifi distribution or in total or for each.
Equipment dlink dir 320 b1 with openwrt firmware and 24/7 enabled win 2008 R2 server with usb wifi whistle. I can not find ready-made solutions for either Windows or openwrt.
Knowledge for manual configuration through iptables, qos and console solutions is not enough. Interesting solutions with an interface or instructions for the console.

openwrt includes packages wshaper and luci-app-wshaper is configured from the interface sets the speed for upload and download.
PS OpenWrt is easy to isolate guest wi-fi clients from the main network and from each other.
