Refund removes work from profile?

I ran into an inadequate customer, slapped me 3 for the job.
Question - if I make a refund, will it remove the work from my profile?
Everywhere they write different things, I would like to know more precisely.
What exactly will be deleted - the text of the review, the text + rating, the whole work.
+ clicked refund, but there it is possible to return only money that is in the status of Pending, those that are in In Review cannot be returned.

Yes, after the refund, the work will be deleted from the profile, that is, it will not be shown in the list of contracts you have completed, which is in your profile. But your Job Success Score will still fall, and I don’t know the exact reason - either it will fall due to the very fact of the refund, or the hidden feedback that the client leaves (where he rates you on a scale from 1 to 10 in terms of how , would he recommend you as a performer to other clients) makes his own adjustments.
In general, many advise in their review to describe in detail why the customer is inadequate, and save money if there is a decent amount: firstly, so that he does not get used to the idea that you can get a job and not pay money, and secondly, it’s all your money -the same.
