Reduces the forearm when printing, who faced?

Hello everyone
. Over the past year, I ran into a problem. During normal typing (work, correspondence, in normal mode), the muscles of the forearm (part of the body from the hand to the elbow) begin to swell, and then heaviness in the hand is felt, discomfort appears, as if the hand and fingers are cramping, and it becomes very difficult to type.
Who faced such problem?
I don't type very fast, blind typing, about 400-600 characters per minute, usually.
I used to print all day and without any problems at all, but now 5 minutes, and my hands "fall off".
If anyone faced, unsubscribe how you solved the problem, please.

Perhaps there are clamps / displacements in the cervical spine, I would turn to specialized specialists. It is also possible that venous blood flow is obstructed, again, as a result of clamps / displacements, as a result of which heaviness occurs. In general, it would be necessary to check the vessels and the spine.

Try an orthosis on the hand, usually it is from static stress, do not hold your hand comfortably.
