Redirect from domain in Win7?

Background: I forgot to renew one of the domains. When entering the site, a standard download reg.ru appeared. I paid
for it and for a week now I can’t access my own site using my native domain. The stub is shown.
Everything works for other visitors. Everything works in Ubuntu, which is on the same machine as the main system. Works through VPN too.
hosts is clean, cleared the cache. I even specially downloaded the browser, which I never used - a stub.
Avast Antivirus! found nothing, as well as CureIt.
This is some kind of mystic.
Please help exorcise this demon. Now more for the sake of sports interest. I have been using Win7 for a couple of months - I did not find the subtleties of the settings.
Or suggest keywords for googling. I don't know what to look for
