Reddwarf can't start, what's the problem?

when you type the command java -jar bin/sgs-boot.jar , and press the enter key, an unknown error is generated, as for me, it is something related to the port, I don’t know, here is the exception:
Error: Exception thrown by the agent : java.rmi.server.ExportException: port alrt
