This question has been asked here more than once, but still, no one has given a normal answer. Someone keeps saying that PDO is better, and someone vice versa, so the question arises - what is still better, for maximum safe interaction with the database?
Or even use another ORM?

The question is incorrect, but if it is asked, then I recommend PDO, just based on the level of the question.
You must first learn how to use SQL, and only then sculpt all sorts of improvements.
